How to Schedule an Event

 

If you are interested in hosting an event (or perhaps multiple events), please contact bapsi@nd.edu. Once an email is received, one of our organization’s Executive Vice Presidents (Patrick Fine and Epifania Mendoza) will follow up with you regarding event logistics. In the past, a typical event consisted of firm representatives delivering a presentation followed by an informal networking session. However, events are not confined to this format, so if your firm would like to schedule something different (such as a service event, a trivia competition, or anything else), Beta Alpha Psi can certainly accomodate this.

 

When scheduling events, Patrick and Epifania will have to fill out request forms with Notre Dame’s Student Activities Office (SAO), so please be aware that time/room availability may be limited if requests are not received in a timely manner. The event information required by SAO includes date, time, attendance estimate (or cap), type of room (lecture hall, classroom, banquet hall, outdoor space, etc.), and firm contact information. Your firm has full discretion regarding these logistics, but Patrick and Epifania will definitely assist you if you’re not familiar with the Notre Dame campus or Beta Alpha Psi. Historically, Beta Alpha Psi has hosted events on Mondays through Thursdays around 6:00PM or 7:00PM in the Mendoza College of Business (as these nights/times typically result in the fewest conflicts for members).
